The Sims 4 July 2026 Update Is Here! Is it worth it?

If you’ve ever spent hours building your dream home only for your game to crash before you remembered to save… today’s update is for you. Seriously. The newest Sims 4 base game update is one of those quality-of-life patches that players have been asking for for years, and EA actually delivered some genuinely useful improvements this time around. While this isn’t the biggest update we’ve ever received, it’s one that could make everyday gameplay a lot smoother, especially if you’re like me and somehow always forget to save until disaster strikes. The Biggest Feature: AutoSave I honestly never thought I’d see the day. The Sims 4 finally has an AutoSave…

Sims 4 Updates are Getting out of Hand!

Would you believe the Sims has been updated a million times in the last 6 months? Not really, but dang near! lol Every time you finally get it playable, there is a new update that completely breaks the game. You then have to take everything out of your Mods folder and test it one by one if you don’t have another program to help you. Thankfully, I have programs that I use to keep my stress level down after updates. If you want to learn about my favorite one Plum Buddy, I have a post all about it! The most recent big update has added the marketplace, which I understand…

PlumBuddy has officially saved my Sims.

Listen… the way my game was acting after these back-to-back updates? I was this close to packing my bags and uninstalling everything like a dramatic soap opera exit. I wasn’t gonna really quit. Let’s be honest, but I was fed up. Like “walk around the house mumbling to myself” fed up. 😂 I actually downloaded PlumBuddy months ago, and guess what?I never used it.Yep. I let it sit there for like a year. But recently, my game started throwing errors at me and nothing I tried worked. Nothing. So I finally sat down, took a deep breath, opened PlumBuddy… and baby, when I tell you it snatched my game back…

    The Sims is finally working

It’s been a long week! The Sims 4 has been down due to an update, as usual. It broke all of the script mods, which caused so many issues for my game. But thankfully, the majority of the creators have updated their mods. I was so close to being done with the Sims for good this time. Especially after I have put so much effort into making content. Let’s hope that the next update doesn’t jack us up again. In the meantime, I have been working on some wedding content for one of my couples. Aren’t they so cute! I am hoping to post some images in a TikTok video…

Sims 4 Mods That Make Me Feel Like a Real Adult

Alright, we did the must have mods in Part 1. Now for Part 2, it’s time for the mods that bring adulting to The Sims. These are for the girlies who like realism, consequences, and acting like their Sim has to balance work and life like the rest of us. 1. Carl’s Dine Out Reloaded Why I love it: Because EA’s original Dine Out is broken like a plate on Thanksgiving. This mod actually makes restaurants work. You can own one without losing your entire mind. Link: https://www.patreon.com/posts/dine-out-reloaded-82708336 2. SimRealist: Real Estate Mod Why I love it: Instead of just buying a house, now your Sims can apply for loans,…
