5 Things I Always Do in The Sims 4
If you’re anything like me, The Sims isn’t just a game; it’s therapy, storytelling, interior design, and a little bit of controlled chaos all rolled into one.
Here are 5 fun, weird, and totally necessary things I always do when I play The Sims 4:
1. Make my Sims friends with Everyone
I don’t care, she’s gonna be friends with everyone! I also don’t have time to be worried about working on relationships when I want them to fall in love now!
I make sure to use the UI cheats mod to put that romance level on 100.
2. Build My Dream House… Then Never Play in It
I’ll spend 3 hours building and decorating the perfect cozy home, complete with fairy lights, fluffy rugs, and a little reading nook…
Then I start a new save.
3. Give Everyone a Deep Backstory
I can’t just “create a Sim.” No.
She’s a burned-out single mom starting over. He’s her ex who moved next door. The roommate is secretly in love with them both. Drama will ensue.
4. Start a Family Legacy… That I Forget About
I start with one Sim and swear I’ll play through 10 generations.
By Gen 2, I’ve built them a whole business, wedding venue, and modded personality system… then I stop playing them for six months.
5. Use Mods Like I’m the Game Developer
MC Command Center? Basemental? Slice of Life? Yes please.
I want personality, realism, drama, and acne. I’m not just playing The Sims I’m in a reality show.
Why I Love This Game:
The Sims lets me create a little world where I have control, freedom, and creativity something I didn’t always have growing up.
And yes, sometimes I put myself in the game.
Because she deserves a soft life too.
